BACHELOR FOCUS
At the Delft University of Technology faculty of Industrial Design Engineering, we are educated to become more than just Product Designers. Especially in the Bachelor phase, students are ought to become ''allrounders'', eventually growing towards T-shaped professionals.

SPECIALIST
With high quality engineering classes, combined with attention for design, project management, user and market studies, research and data analysis (among others) and a lot of independent group work, we were taught to use best of all worlds in order to successfully innovate. Below you can find some projects during my Bachelors at the TU Delft.
ATHLETIC E-BIKE
The Stella-FIT is the first product with potential for professional training on an electric bike. The unique electric motor is able to simulate inclines or just a variety of trail obstructions. The operating system on the transparent screen (mounted on the steering wheel) can provide the user with trainings like sprints, interval training or trails. After the training, the Stella-FIT application sums up all the achievements and results.
MOTHERS IN MOTION
The InMotion yoga mat combines physical and mental recovery of new moms, in the most effective and fun exercise tool possible.
The key combination in this product consists of a trend called 'gamification' and controlled exercise. New moms have a very fragile body, but exercise is important to prevent both physical and mental problems. This yoga mat supports the new moms during efficient exercises and motivates them to do so by means of fun interactive elements.
SMART DRAUGHT CONTROL
Airy is a device combined with an application that helps consumers live more conscious about energy in and around their house. The product makes it easier and more fun to be conscious about open/closed windows and doors in your house in order to prevent draught but still have proper ventilation.

VAPORIZER CASE
This america-based company owns a wide range of vaporizers, cases and accessoires. Design2Gather was responsible for the design and electrical circuit of a series of vaporizer cases, which they currently sell on their website. My responsibility in this project was to supervise the optimization of prototypes of three models of vaporizer cases. I have mainly been checking the electronics (communicating with an IC board factory) and the quality of the prototypes (communicating with a prototype factory).
INTERIOR-INTEGRATED POWER BANK
Power banks are widely used in every-day life. If you are not carrying one on you, you'll always be able to borrow one at a restaurant, café, hotel or other social gathering places. For a Chinese company, Design2Gather designed this integrated power bank, which is securely mounted on the table leg, so it won't be stolen or damaged. The power bank is easy in use by both the customer (including roll-up cables for multiple mobile devices) and the owner (changing the battery).
